The card game
In life, we are equipped with cards. We play them every single day. Like any card game, there are winners and there are, of course, the losers.
Note that this is not your average poker game where you must have a full deck to play. Nor can you purchase a deck at the nearest convenient store.
In the game of life, we acquire our cards either through birth or by developing skills or attributes – say a body-to-die-for, a sharp mind or a fat bank account. To be a jack of all trades is difficult enough and thus, to be arrogant with a lousy collection of cards would be considered a social suicide.
It is irritating to know that there is a certain collection of disillusioned people who seem to think that they can win every single game with their lousy set of cards. My question is: how do you expect to win when you don’t even have the cards to play?
Take this guy for example. He plays his arrogant card, the know-it-all-card and the I-am-a-fashion-model card. But the fact is he doesn’t know it all. What is worse is that he doesn’t know much to begin with. And his I-am-a-fashion-model card, I mean first, you have to reach a general consensus of beauty. Sloppy dressing, a deformed face covered with an oily layer of epidermis and a self-improvised version of catwalk DOES not qualify as model material. So the question that we all ponder is how can this disillusioned fellow play his arrogant card? Clearly, he is playing a losing game. And making other players pissed-off because clearly he is playing a game that he cannot afford.
Better luck next time, loser!

In life you are dealt with a certain number of cards. Sometimes, it doesn't give you the cards that you want, but you learn to deal with them the best you can.
